  • We offer pick up and drop off points at: Scandic Alta, Thon Hotel Alta, Alta Cruise Port,
 Sorrisniva
 and Flatmoen natur. Details are sent in Email confirmations.
  • If there are less than 5 people in total for a booking nearing the day of the tour, it will have to be rescheduled. If that's the case, we will get in contact with you directly about your booking.

Our cancellation policy :

  • Full refund if we have got mail for cancelation 8 days before tour start.
  • Full refund if Luuso cancel the tour at the tour start due to bad weather with no chance to see the Northern Lights.
  • No refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to the tour start.
  • No refund if the ship, airplane or another transportation service can't arrive Alta due to any reason.
