We have an excellent PA & sound system with TV screens on both levels that can be used for videos, slideshows and speeches, with audio of the MC and guest speakers / DJ / live music streamed across both decks.
We have 2 buffet tables that fold out on the lower midship deck. Each buffet table measures 3m long by 780mm deep. We also have 10 additional 1m x 500mm tables with non-slip mats that can be set up on the lower or upper deck, as well as 3 x 2m collapsable bench seats.
BYO decorations, bowls, platters, plates, napkins, serving utensils and eating cutlery.
If you book a DJ or live band for your event they can board / setup / sound check 1 hour prior to departure. Please note, Wangi Queen is not suitable for a full drum kit setup. For live music, we recommend a 2 or 3 piece band and/or drum box.
Our dance floor is located on the lower deck at the rear of the vessel. Our retro 1970's disco lights are in excellent working condition and change in sync with the music. We also have 2 x LED lights that change / fade and create a fantastic ambience.
!! Our Liquor License does not permit Adult Entertainers on board the vessel !!
Access to the vessel is provided from 2:30pm Monday to Sunday (during non-daylight savings) or from 5pm (during daylight savings) for the loading of food, decorations & sundries, and set up of food buffet table.
We allow 30 minutes for disembarking and bump out at the conclusion of your event.
Our on board barista serves a range of delicious freshly ground coffee and loose-leaf tea throughout the cruise. Run a tab or have your guests pay as they go.
We serve The Cat's Pyjama's espresso by Seven Miles; a delicious blend roasted in Manly NSW with hints of maple syrup, cocoa and brown spice. It's rich, luxurious and surprising – like wearing a velvet suit, while stroking a white cat, in a 1965 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow.
A full range of local spirits, cocktails, bottled beers, piccolo wines, sparkling wine, ciders and pre-mixed spirits are available to purchase throughout the cruise, as well as soft drinks, bottled water and alcohol-free wine. Run a tab or have your guests pay as they go.
We strictly observe the Responsible Service of Alcohol as per our Liquor License requirements. For our full House Policy, see our website.
