Celebrate Milwaukee’s pizza experience on one of our favorite and most popular tours! Join us as we explore the history of pizza in Milwaukee. Together we’ll enjoy Old World pizza made by the traditional wood-fired oven, a modern and viral pizzeria, and a generous sampling of the quintessential thin-crust pie that came to define Milwaukee-style pizza. Along the way, we’ll talk about pizza in its early days – and how it has become one of the world’s most popular foods. Be sure to save room for dessert; this excursion concludes with a divine scoop of gelato!
What's Included Transportation, narration, and three stops for different styles of pizza, with one-stop tied together with a Milwaukee-brewed beer, plus gelato for dessert. For those who prefer a non-alcoholic selection, we can offer soda instead.
Accessibility Minimal walking is required. This tour is NOT handicap accessible as attendees will need to go up/down minimal stairs to get on/off the bus multiple times.
Dietary Restrictions This tour is seafood/shellfish free. We can offer vegetarian options. However, we are not able to accommodate other food allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences on this tour. This includes gluten, vegan, sugar-free and kosher requests.
