• Tours take place from 7 a.m. to 9:00p.m.
• Price is per person. Minimum of 2 people; maximum of 3 people per tour. (If you have a larger group, we can arrange different times)
• Solo travelers Accepted (will need to purchase 2 tickets)
• Must be 5 or older
• Maximum weight per passenger is limited to 250 lbs.; total group weight cannot exceed 480 pounds
• Must provide a valid ID
• A waiver must be signed by all passengers
• No person in any type of influence allowed at or around the property; no smoking allowed
• For passengers with a disability, please contact the merchant prior to booking to arrange in advance
• No outside food and drink allowed
• Must wear comfortable shoes; no high heels or flip flops
• Please arrive 20 minutes before the flight
• Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund.
• The customer that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight with ID and credit card (no photos or copies are accepted).
• Passengers arriving late will have their flight time shortened or asked to reschedule for another time/day with a rescheduling fee.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must let us know at least 24 hours prior to your booking time in order to avoid a rescheduling fee of $50
• No refunds for last minute cancellation.
• No refunds for "No-Show" (If you miss your flight, you will be considered No-Show, and no refund will be given)
• Full refunds will apply for flight cancellations made by Sky Tours Miami due to technical issues or any other unforeseen circumstances that could affect your flight.
