About

Sit back under the covers and take in the sights and sounds of the village and surrounding area for a daylight, sunset or evening tour.

Sun Peaks Stables’ sleigh rides take guests through the Village and out onto the trails to take in the lights and sights of the resort in Winter. Join us during the Ski Season for a memorable ride!

Sleigh Rides are available from December 2022, until April 2023.

Sleighs depart from just outside the Village Day Lodge and The Coast Sundance Lodge. We'll wind through the village at a leisurely pace and listen to the clatter of hooves and ringing of sleigh bells before moving out more briskly into the open for views of the valley, mountains, and Sun Peaks' many activities and amenities before our return via a gentle ski run. Tours are approximately 30 to 40 minutes in length.

Pickup and/or drop off can be arranged at core Village locations for Private Tours.

We will NOT be able to provide warm blankets this year due to the COVID19 pandemic. Please dress accordingly!

Passengers are welcome to bring coffee or other hot beverages but please remember Alcohol Prohibited.

The horses enjoy meeting people and don’t mind flash photos either.
