All necessary climbing gear can be provided at no additional cost, including but not limited to: climbing shoes, harnesses, and helmets.
Comfortable clothes, closed toe shoes, plenty of water and snacks.
Warm up indoors to practice knots and belay skills before heading to the outdoor crag to build confidence.

Chalk helps maintain dry hands and better friction on the rock surfaces, especially in humid conditions.
The full-day trip requires steady energy, so bring water and snacks suitable for a day of climbing.
