Cancellation policy

Cancellation Refund Periods:

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 6 days before the booking start date and receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancel between 2-5 days before the booking start date to receive a 50% refund.
  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Operator Cancellation: Should we need to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.
