Located in Sanford, Florida, Decision Tactical offers an adrenaline-pumping adventure for those looking to combine entertainment with hands-on firearms training. This unique facility transforms traditional shooting practice into a multi-sensory experience that tests your tactical skills, decision-making, and situational awareness in real-world inspired scenarios. Unlike conventional shooting ranges, Decision Tactical’s setup includes a dynamic blend of simulated firearms, life skills training, and interactive environments designed to challenge participants both mentally and physically.
Step into a 430 Towne Center Circle arena where the experience begins with a comprehensive safety and handgun handling course—perfect for beginners or those brushing up on fundamentals. From there, progress to the Shooting Range Simulator. Here, the realism ramps up using simulated guns that allow maneuvers impossible with live ammo, such as angled shooting, drawing from holsters, and shooting on the move. This segment sharpens your reflexes and technical prowess in a controlled yet thrilling environment.
What sets Decision Tactical apart is its immersive tactical scenarios. Participants face three distinct, hyper-realistic situations—Home Invasion, Street Shootout, and Mall Competition—each designed to simulate real-life threats. These scenarios include obstacles like doors and windows, requiring split-second decisions on the appropriate use of force or de-escalation tactics. You’ll engage in pairs, building communication and spatial awareness skills under pressure. Interspersed are vital life-saving techniques such as disarming assailants and applying tourniquets, expanding the adventure into essential personal safety training.
To cap off the challenge, the Competition Course pits you against time and accuracy as you navigate tactical obstacles and take down targets. Scores are tracked on a leaderboard, adding a competitive edge to the experience.
After the training, unwind at Decision Tactical’s Bar and Grill, choosing between a hearty meal or a branded t-shirt alongside unlimited soft drinks, coffee, or tea.
