More info

In our custom-built tasting room, you'll spend 1 hour 20 minutes learning about how honey goes from hive to jar, by getting hands on and doing the extraction process yourself. We'll start by uncapping honey frames coming straight from the hive, taking the honey out of the frame using a manual centrifugal extractor then filter and harvest a small jar of honey for you to take home. It's an in depth look at all things honey and bees plus, you’ll also have the chance to sample Hiver’s Honey Beer range and try the honeys that go into our beers.

Once you’ve had enough of the sweet stuff, why not grab some street-food from the famous Maltby Street food market, and enjoy it over a beer in our Taproom while making a plan for the rest of your day. It’s a buzzing day out!
