About This Adventure

Join an intimate, hands-on cooking class where you'll prepare an authentic New Orleans meal alongside expert chefs. With a maximum of 10 participants, you'll cut, season, and create dishes like gumbo and BBQ shrimp and grits, then savor the delicious meal you've crafted in a vibrant culinary atmosphere.

  • In this highly interactive class, our guests actually cut, season and prepare a complete dinner with one of our expert chefs, and afterwards they are able to sit down and enjoy the meal they have just created.
  • These small intimate classes have a maximum of 10 people utilizing 5 cooktops. Singles may be paired with another individual.
