An exceptional culinary experience, a magical moment in the land of gastronomy in the most beautiful city of the world. Stéphane BERAZA owner and chef of "Caramel "Sarrasin" ( creperie restaurant located near the Grands Magasins and the wax Grevin museum close from the Opéra ) will open for you especially the doors of his restaurant and more his kitchen to share with you all his experience , his secrets, his skills. Stéphane master crepe maker since 1999 will reveal you everything you have to know about the best savoury buckwheat galettes ( gluten free and dairy free ) and for sure the French traditionnals sweet crepes. He will also teach you how to cook your own crepes with the best tools like a pro. This master class will be followed by a Breton dinner. Galette cooked by the chef front of you with the savoury ingredients of your choice, salad or home made kasha tabbouleh, sweet crepes cooked by your care with an amazing toppings bar for you. Farm cider, farm apple juice, Breton beer, coffee, tea or herbtea for the beverages. Photos and videos at your convenience final surprise like a cherry on top, recipes by mail the day after.
