About This Adventure

Duration

  • 3 Hour events starting at 12:00, 3:00 or 6:00
  • Boil Masters will arrive 45 minutes before the start of your event to setup and prepare the boil. We aim to serve at 12:00, 3:00, or 6:00. If later serving times are required please make note of this in your booking.

Boil Ingredients

  • Fresh Crawfish
  • Signature Cajun Seasoning
  • Fresh Red Potatoes
  • Smoked Cajun Sausage
  • Sweet Corn
  • White Onion
  • White Mushrooms
  • Oranges, Lemons & Specialty Spice Blend

Provided

  • You will be provided with a private chef who will perform all duties relevant to the food service. This would include cooking & setting up serving tables. Staff will clear tables, clean, & remove all trash when the event has reached its duration or service is complete.

  • We provide our house made Cajun dipping sauce, butter, lemon wedges and spicy Cajun top seasoning.

  • All plates, napkins, utensils, & crab crackers will be provided. After the boil is complete, we will bag up any leftovers!
