Depende de la temporada la ruta puede variar, de Enero a Mayo se empieza en el velero y de Mayo a finales de Septiembre se empieza en las bodegas y se acaba con la salida en velero
Tras la excursión en velero en Sitges, realizaremos de camino a la bodega urbana Celler de l'Hospital (casa de auspicio y refugio de peregrinos fundado en el siglo XVI) una visita guiada por centro histórico de Sitges, descubriendo la historia y arquitectura de un pueblo abierto al mar y la directa relación entre la ciudad, su historia y la Malvasía de Sitges.
Tras un corto "walking tour" llegaremos a la bodega Celler de l'Hospital y al CIM (Centro de Interpretación de la Malvasía) donde realizaremos una visita a la misma y a uno de los pocos viñedos urbanos de España, descubriendo las cavas submarinas de Malvasía con una degustación de sus vinos de Malvasía de Sitges.
