We understand that things don't always go to plan. If you need to cancel your private tour, we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible.
For a full refund you must cancel at least 7 days before your booked tour. If you cancel within 7 days, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
If we need to cancel the tour due to the weather, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss options at least 24 hours prior to your tour. We will provide a full credit or refund if you are not able to rebook a date that suits you.
