The Notebook 11/15/2026 sends one of those rare, easy-to-book evenings that feel like a small escape—motorcoach pickup in New Stanton, PA, a buffet dinner at Pugliano’s Italian Grill, and a seat at Benedum for the stage musical The Notebook. Operated by Carrie’s Bus Tours out of 215 Glenn Fox Rd, New Stanton (call 724-640-8828 or [email protected]), the outing bundles transit, a hearty Italian buffet, and a guaranteed night of theater into a single ticket.
Board the coach in the afternoon—departure points include Martin’s/Connellsville at 1:45pm, Walmart/Greensburg at 2:30pm and Kohls/Irwin at 2:45pm—then settle in for the comfortable ride. Dinner at Pugliano’s begins at about 3:30pm; their buffet includes wedding soup, roast beef, stuffed chicken, cheese ravioli, potatoes, vegetables, rolls, beverages and mini cheesecakes, with tax and gratuity handled by the tour. The theater curtain rises at 6:30pm; seating is assigned primarily by booking order and current allocations list seats in Orchestra Right Center (rows U–W), Orchestra Right (rows P, Q & S), and Orchestra Left (rows T–Z). Carrie’s notes they sometimes receive upgrades nearer the show date.
What makes this trip special is its simplicity: no parking hassles, no driving after dinner, and a packaged evening that trades the logistics of a theater night for pure experience. The Notebook musical—directed by Michael Greif and Schele Williams, with music and lyrics by Ingrid Michaelson and a book by Bekah Brunstetter—translates the best-selling novel into a stage romance filled with songs and large emotional beats. For anyone who loves live theater but prefers to let someone else handle the details, the motorcoach format is ideal.
