This course is designed for women who think they would benefit from learning to sail in an all female group. Run by one of our highly experienced female instructors, we believe that women supporting women creates a learning environment that feels fun, safe and inclusive.
The first step on the learn to sail pathway introduces you to the basics of sailing on our beautiful 65 foot yacht Starsand, topics we will cover include boat handling, safety, understanding weather, anchoring, wind awareness, rules of the road/water, helming, sailing theory and more.
You have to be water confident, no sailing experience necessary.
You will gain confidence in sailing skills. Perfect for those wishing to start sailing, get better at sailing, or buying their own boat.
