No special fitness required other than getting in/out of a low two-seat vehicle; suitable for most travelers
Bring a valid driver’s license; visitors whose licenses aren’t in Latin script should carry an international driving permit—minimum 3 years’ possession required.
You may park at designated public access points and walk onto beaches, but driving on dunes or the sand is prohibited—park only where instructed by the route and staff.
An advance deposit of €150 is required and there’s an own-risk of €500; vehicles carry all-risk, passenger and third-party insurance—confirm details at booking.
Infants and small children can travel (stroller-accessible) and infant seats are available, but the Twizy seats two and must meet safety guidelines—confirm when booking.
