Uma viagem ao mundo do café desde a planta até a chávena. Espaço onde destacamos a interatividade, de caráter informativo, didático, cultural e científico e onde os visitantes podem encontrar respostas a mais diversas questões relacionadas com o café.

O CCC dispõe de estacionamento, esplanada, e parque de merendas de acesso gratuito, preparados para receber visitantes com capacidade reduzida. Todo o espaço interior do Centro permite a acessibilidade a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida (rampas, elevadores e cadeiras de rodas). As visitas e os respetivos interativos estão disponíveis em três línguas (Português, espanhol e inglês)
