Important!

If you were born after 1987 you must possess a valid boating safety card to drive these boats boat in Florida. There is a quick course that will get you what you need at https://www.boat-ed.com/floridarental/ - link to it will be in your confirmation email.

• Drivers must be 16+ years old with valid driver’s license & passengers must be at least five years old.
• Weight limit per person: 250 lbs

Terms/Guidelines - Please Read!

• Dress for the weather! Feel free to bring a bathing suit and some lunch as we will likely stop at an island where you can go for a swim, go shelling or picnic. You may want to bring insect repellent and be ready to possibly get at least your feet a little wet.
• You will meet your tour guide at the Goodland Boat Park at 740 Palm Point Dr, Goodland, FL 34140. Try to be there 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• If driving, please be ready to present your drivers license and boating safety card if needed.
• Cancellations must be at least 24 hours in advance! Sorry, no refunds for no-shows. We reserve your seat and if you don't cancel it doesn't give us a chance to fill that seat.
• If weather forces a cancellation your choice of a refund or re-scheduling will be made available.
• Each person will receive a bottle of water. Please bring any other beverage or food.
• Each adult will be required to sign a liability waiver.
• Anybody who is intoxicated will forfeit their trip and there will be no refund!
• Though wildlife viewings are common, they can't be guaranteed.
• We are fully licensed and insured.
