About

They keep on telling us that Tortellino was first made in Bologna. That's a lie. We have gone at war for far less - a bucket indeed. Modena has a long and rich food tradition, we don't need to lie about it. Receipts here are a state affair and jealously kept by old women, "le rezdore". A misspell word can be fatal. But don't worry, we are here to guide you through safely. EAT Modena is the perfect combination between discovering the city and its food soul. Together with a professional guide you will walk around the city center and stop in small shops and old markets where you will taste traditional local food and learn about the history of receipt as ancient as the city itself.

The tour includes cold cuts tasting, red wine, and coffee!
