Adventure tips

Protect from the sunBring reef-safe sunscreen and a wide-brim hat — Bermuda’s glare off limestone and water intensifies UV exposure.

Footwear for mixed terrainChoose sturdy sandals or lightweight trail shoes for short walks across limestone, boardwalks and sand.

Hydration mattersEven on a short tour, carry a refillable bottle — guides supply bottled water but extras are handy for kids.

Timing for photosRequest an early departure or ask guides to schedule the pink-sand stop first to avoid peak crowds and harsh midday light.
