No motorcycle license is required; the GoCar is driven with motorcycle-style controls but the operator only needs to be 21+ and present a valid driver’s license.

Each GoCar seats up to two people; helmets are provided and small children must fit into a DOT-approved helmet.
A $500 security deposit is held on a credit card (reduced to $300 with optional CDW insurance); CDW is non-refundable and limits liability similar to rental-car insurance.
