Itinerary

Your private guide will pick you up at your Munich hotel. Then we drive south-east along the Bavarian Alps, first to the Eagle’s Nest on “Kehlstein” mountain. First, we board a specially equipped mountain bus for a breathtaking ride up the 4-mile road. With a 27% incline to a rocky plateau, from where you will walk into a 406 foot (124 meters) long tunnel leading you directly to the original WWII brass elevator. That will transport you up through the heart of the Kehlstein mountain for another 406ft, straight into the Eagle’s Nest itself.

Moreover, after getting back to our private vehicle, we drive to Salzburg

Salzburg stands out as one of the most picturesque cities you're likely to come across during your European journeys, particularly if you dedicate most of your time to exploring the Altstadt, nestled on the left bank of the serene Salzach River. Within this historic quarter, it's quite probable that you'll encounter a higher concentration of Baroque architectural masterpieces per square meter than any other city on our planet.

Your exploration may commence with a visit to the enchanting Mirabell Palace, known for its captivating Gardens, followed by a stop at the Mozart-haus. Afterward, crossing the river offers the opportunity to explore the composer's birthplace and childhood home located in the charming Getreidegasse. Alternatively, you can opt for a delightful ride on the funicular, ascending to the remarkable Hohensalzburg Fortress, perched 120 meters (or approximately 400 feet) above the river, which rewards visitors with magnificent panoramic views of the city. And, of course, a visit to the Domplatz and the Cathedral is an absolute must during your stay.

Later, we drive back to your hotel.
