Embark on a captivating 3-hour cycling adventure through the picturesque Algarve, exploring charming villages and stunning landscapes. Discover Tavira's rich history as you cross the Roman bridge, visit the ruins of Tavira Castle, and enjoy breathtaking views of the Ria Formosa. Perfect for beginners, this tour promises unforgettable experiences.
Duration: 3 Hours
On the way there, we cycle past small villages and old farmhouses through the unspoilt landscape of the Algarve. When we arrive in Tavira, we have a view of the river and the magnificent manor houses with their typical tesouro roofs. We cross the Roman bridge which leads us to the Republic Square and explore the town by bike. From the ruins of Tavira Castle we enjoy a panoramic view of the old town and the Ria Formosa, before returning to the hotel via the "Ecovia".
