All rentals have a 5.5% sales tax added to the bike/accessory costs, as required by the state of Maine.
Reservations are recommended; walk-ins are welcome and based on availability.
-Minimum age of 18 years of age to ride without parent; if accompanied by a parent for the duration of the ride and 5 ft +, ages 12-17 are eligible to ride. -Helmets are required and included in the rate. -You must be able to ride a bike; this is a Class 1 pedal-assist bike but requires pedaling from the rider. -Electric bikes must be ridden from our shop; they may not be transported (this includes in or on vehicles, trailers or bike racks) -If renting for more than one day, electric bikes must be brought back at the end of each day for proper battery charging and maintenance. -If renting a child seat or trailer, the child must be at least 12 months of age.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel or rebook/change your reservation, please do so 48 hours prior to your rental by calling 207-801-9086. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of the rental. We go rain or shine. ##You will need to speak with a customer service representative to confirm the cancellation; email and voicemail cancellation requests will not apply.
We have bikes that suit people from 4'10" to 6'6." When selecting the number of bikes, you'll be prompted to enter your height.
Our Class 1 E-bikes are great for riding both the carriage roads and the Park Loop Road of Acadia National Park. They’re easy to ride, environmentally friendly and will give you that extra support when you encounter the rolling hills.
