Need to Know

• The American Bicycle Rental Company & FreeWheelin' Bike Tours use the same booking control panel for ease of operation.

• Riders who wreck and/or damage their rental bike will be charged for repair and/or replacement costs.

*• Bike Pick-Ups & Returns: Our Shop @ 317 Burgundy St. in the French Quarter. Look for our folding sign in front of the shop.

• All Participants Must Read, Understand, and Sign the 'Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement and Statement of Assumption of Risk by Customer' Before Participating in the Activity.

• Riders Must Adhere to All Traffic Laws.

• Photo ID and Credit Card Required for Rental. *Debit Cards & Pre-Paid Cards are Not Accepted.

• Riders Must be 15+ Years of Age and at Least 5' Tall.

• Riders Younger Than 18 Must be Accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian and Must Wear a Helmet.

• The Company Reserves the Right to Deny Services to Anyone for Any Reason.

• Anyone Suspected of Being Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol Will Not be Permitted to Rent or Ride.

• Reschedules/Refunds/Gift Card issuance are solely at the Company's discretion. See our Cancellation Policy for more info.
