The Tero is a great E-Bike for our flowing bridleways and country lanes. Off-road capable wheels and tires, powerful hydraulic disc brakes, and a suspension fork can transform every ride into an adventure, whether you’re on dirt roads or cruising through the concrete jungle.

The Tero is our most popular hire bike throughout the year, and for good reason! Whether it's scenic tours around the country lanes, or using our amazing bridleways to get you to Exmoor's best beauty spots, our Tero's will get you there.

If you are looking for a more aggressive bike for the steeper and more technical trails, check out the Levo Alloy which could be the better bike for you.

Key Features:

  • Turbo Full Power 2.0E Motor and 720 Wh Battery, giving 75nm of torque and 250watts of power.
  • Dropper seat post
  • Front suspension
  • All new MasterMind TCU, displaying battery level and mode selection in a clear and colourful display.
  • Aggressive but smooth rolling 29” wheels with 2.3” Ground Control tires offer ample traction in every situation, Shimano hydraulic disc brakes deliver substantial braking bite, 110 mm of front suspension travel smooths the trail.

Bike range

From our experience, the Specialized Tero 4.0 covers an average of 40-60km (On Exmoor). This depends on the route you choose, how much you rely on 'turbo mode', your weight etc.

Because of Exmoor's amazing landscape, the climbs can be steep and long. This will use more battery power than if you were riding along a flat trail, meaning range can be shorter if you are riding steeper trails for the majority of the day.

If you want to go further, you may want to consider one of our Levo Comp Alloys, which cover an average of 40-60km on Exmoor.
