About Our Bikes

  • Available in sizes Child, S, M, L
  • Comfortable, powerful, easy to ride E-Bikes to make your adventure as easy as possible.

What's on offer? :

Get a super-duper E-Bike delivered to your door for an amazing full days riding. When you're finished we'll come and collect the bike, easy as!

What's the catch?

There's no catch here, just plain old fashioned fun!

  • Reserve your bike, take delivery and get out there!
  • Explore as much or as little as you like!
  • Give us a shout when you're finished and we'll come and collect

What's included?

  • A Premium E-Bike in either a traditional or cruiser style.
  • A Helmet to keep your head safe.
  • A Bike lock to keep our bikes safe.
  • A Map of the area so you know where to go, and how to get back. 😅

What's Not Included?

  • Transport out or back is not included in the Flex-ride pricing. Bikes are delivered and collected from your desired location but if this is different to your starting point, you must be able to get back or use the Whizzy Shuttle at an extra cost.
  • Fare weather is not guaranteed and while we do our best to actively manifest sunny, warm weather, it does occasionally rain. If the weather forecast is particularly rough we may cancel the activities but in light rain we would expect customers to still ride. Rain jackets are essential and good times still roll.

What to bring!

Whilst we provide you with the essentials like an E-Bike and a helmet you'll need to bring along anything that you'd like with you on your adventure. Handy things to pack include :

  • Phone and camera
  • Suncream
  • Water and snacks
  • Sunglasses
  • Coins for the goat food!

Our larger bikes all have a bottle holder but regrettably the smaller bikes don't have space on the frame. If you need to pack things in a bag, a small backpack is recommended to keep everything safe and secure. There are water bottles available on request, we also have phone holders that can be great for recording those all important TikTok vids!

What to wear!

Comfortable clothes and footwear are essential for riding E-Bikes on the gravel trails around Queenstown. In summer the temperature can get up to the high 20's and riding in shorts and tees is all good but pants and extra layers are definitely needed in the winter. Regardless of the season, dress for the conditions and always keep in mind that the prevailing wind can take a few degrees off the forecast temperature. To be safe, we'd recommend always packing an extra layer and don't forget your rain jacket if it's due to rain.

What can you expect?

  • Convenient drop off slots starting at 9am! Unless otherwise stated. While we try to accommodate everyone's schedules, we are limited by the number of people booking on for the day. We keep in constant communication with all of our customers so you can rest assured you'll always know what's happening.
  • Access to hundreds of kms of beautiful trails, purpose built for you and your E-Bike.
  • Loads of cafes, bars, wineries, restaurants, galleries, animals and photo opportunities on every trail.
  • Did we mention we drop off and pickup the bikes? 😎

What trail is best for me?

We'll supply you with a local trail map for reference but we advise you check out the Queenstown Trails Website to plan your adventure before you head out. If you're not sure where to go, why not check out one of our predesigned tours ➡🔒
