About This Adventure
Embark on the Durango Ultimate Inflatable Kayak Adventure for an exhilarating solo journey down the Animas River. Navigate through calm waters and tackle Class I and II rapids, with an optional Class III drop for the daring. This hands-on experience offers active adventurers the thrill of independence on the water.
Take a ride down the Lower Animas River and experience the excitement and ease of maneuvering your kayak through the river. This is a great option for those short on time or just wanting to try a new experience. You will be outfitted with all the necessary safety equipment and instructions to highlight your trip.
What to Bring
- Please no flip flops sandals.
- Sturdy footwear like old tennis shoes work great we also we rent river shoes.
- Try to not bring anything of value. If you can not afford to lose it do not bring it on the boat.
- We recommend you leave items back in your hotel or car. We can also hold small items for you in a secure drawer.

- Sign the digital waiver ASAP for everyone in the group. Look for an email called “Action Required” (this may end up in your junk folder).
