About This Adventure

Experience an exhilarating half-day rafting adventure on the stunning Animas River! Enjoy 2 to 2.5 hours on the water, with opportunities to spot wildlife and take a refreshing swim. A riverside snack adds to the fun, making this trip a perfect blend of excitement and natural beauty.

All of the rafting trips start at the same location, however, the Half-day Rafting trip continues further downstream. Also, we pull over for a riverside snack and a chance to swim. Swimming is dependent on weather and river flows This stretch of the Animas River is beautiful with lots of opportunities to spot wildlife in the natural habitat and enjoy the scenery. Depending on river flow, You will spend about 2 to 2.5 hours on the water.

Includes: PFD (Personal Flotation Device), Raft Guide, Safety Orientation, and transportation to and from the river.

What we provide

What to Know

  • Sturdy footwear with a back strap, old tennis shoes plus we rent river shoes.
  • Please no flip flops or sandals.
  • Our rafts do not have storage, please leave all personal items in the hotel room or vehicle.
  • Wallets, keys, and phones can be left in the bus.

  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled adventure time at 360 S. Camino Del Rio suite 200.
  • Parking is available on site.
  • Restrooms & changing areas are accessible on-site.
