Yes. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable group experience, everyone will work on the same project. This helps our team provide the best support and instruction for your group.

  1. Do we have to sign waivers ahead of time?

Nope! You can sign the waivers when you arrive. Easy peasy!

  1. What are the age requirements?

Yes, please! Staying hydrated is important, so bring your water bottles along.

  1. Why won’t the system let me book?

If your group is too large or you’re booking within our scheduling window, you’ll need to call our Group Sales Coordinator at 218-409-6527. Here’s when manual booking is required:

Groups over 12 in Flamework or over 10 in the Hot Shop. Any class within 2 weeks of today.

Not quite. Your masterpieces must anneal in the kilns overnight to strengthen and cool off. If you won’t be in town the next day, we offer convenient shipping options.
