Notes & Restrictions

• Non-Refundable tickets may not be refunded or rescheduled for any reason.
• Flexible tickets may be refunded (less 35 AED per ticket) or rescheduled (only one time) up to an hour before the tour starting time, after which they become non-refundable/transferrable to any other date.
• Summer tours (May to Sept) are shortened by one stop to reduce the walking and to make them more summer-friendly. We order an extra dish at our final dinner stop instead! We also replace our outdoor SPINGO game with a shorter spice shop discussion if heat levels are extreme!
• Minimum age: 8 years.
• The tour requires a minimum of 6 guests, we may cancel and refund tickets if the minimum is not met.
• Please note that accommodating food restrictions is not possible due to the nature of the dishes ordered for the group and that even if a dish does not contain an ingredient, there is the possibility of cross-contamination in the restaurant kitchens.
• Any guest who is ill with cold/flu like symptoms must refrain from attending the tour (refund based on ticket type purchased).
