The sun tips the horizon as a convoy of 4x4s slips off the blacktop and into the open sand — the dunes of Lehbab rolling like a living ocean. Wind pulls at the vehicle and the warm air tastes of spice and dust; the driver smiles, shifts the Land Cruiser, and the dunes dare you to hold on.
