You leave the skyscrapers behind while the morning light flattens the city’s glass and pushes warm gold across the dunes. The 4x4 rolls up to a sea of wind-sculpted sand; the dunes rise and dare you with steep faces and long, smooth spines. Camel rides on this morning tour are short and gentle, designed for photo opportunities and cultural context rather than long treks.
Operators use licensed drivers and 4x4s; the activity involves rapid vehicle movement over uneven dunes so follow guide instructions and wear seat belts if provided.

Stay on permitted routes to protect fragile dune vegetation and archaeological traces; many operators work with local authorities to minimize disturbance.
