Adventure tips

Choose your time slotBook a morning departure for cooler light and breakfast photos; afternoon sails offer warmer tones and a photo stop by the Palm.

Sun and reflection protectionBring high-SPF, broad-spectrum sunscreen and polarized sunglasses—the sea amplifies UV and reflections from glass towers can be harsh.

Manage motion sensitivityIf you’re prone to seasickness, take medication before boarding and sit mid-ship where motion is least felt.

Arrive early for boardingAllow 20–30 minutes before departure for check-in and security; Marina access and parking can be busy on weekends.

Recommended gear

Reef-safe sunscreen: Protects skin from strong sun reflecting off water and reduces environmental impact.
Polarized sunglasses: Reduces glare for clearer views and better photos.
Light windlayer or packable jacket: Open water can be breezy even on warm days—good for morning and evening sails.
Small camera or smartphone with waterproof case: Captures skyline shots and close passes near Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab.
