No special fitness needed beyond the ability to sit upright and tolerate short bursts of high G-force; suitable for most active adults.
The advertised ride time is 30 minutes total from check-in to finish; active high-speed runs are brief within that window, with safety briefings and setup included.
Limits vary by operator—most allow riders of all adult ages but may set minimum age or weight/height restrictions; check at booking and disclose health conditions.
This operator offers a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; late cancellations are generally non-refundable.
The runs operate near the Burj Al Arab/Jumeirah shoreline—confirm the exact meeting location on your voucher, as operators may use nearby private launch areas or a dedicated beach strip.
The Jumeirah coastline transitioned from traditional pearl-fishing and small-boat use to engineered leisure frontiers in the late 20th century as Dubai developed its tourism infrastructure.
Operators are expected to follow local marine guidelines; avoid littering, respect marked swim zones, and choose providers who minimize noise and disturbance to wildlife.
