• Up to 30% off candle pourings (M-W bookings only).
• 2 complimentary add-ons per candle/product pouring.
• Ability to bring food/drink, decorations, play games, cut cake, open presents, conduct a presentation or otherwise fill the time how you see fit!
• Private space with dedicated Chandlers (candle makers) guiding you every step of the way (sans prior customer pick-up).

Pricing: Our base private party rental fee is $400 for 2 hours (M-W) or $500 for 2 hours (Th-Sun). This is a space rental fee, is due upfront to secure your booking, and is not applied to your in-store total day-of.

Payment for product pourings are due in-store the day of the event at a heavily discounted rate (and extra perks!):

• Private Parties booked Monday-Wednesday receive 30% off any product poured, 2 complimentary add-ons per product ($4 in savings ea.), and 30% off any retail items.
• Private Parties booked Thursday-Sunday receive 20% off any product poured, 2 complimentary add-ons per product ($4 in savings ea.), and 20% off any retail items.

Pick-Up: ​We need to keep your candle(s) after the pouring to allow it to properly set. We strongly encourage you to pick up on another day for this process to be most effective. Can't swing a pickup? We ship domestically for a flat rate of $12 for up to 4 candles.

Abandonment Clause: You have 14 days from the day you poured your candle to pick it up. Candles left longer than 14 days will be considered abandoned and 'put up for adoption' through our Adopt-A-Candle Program. Proceeds from every Adopt-A-Candle sale goes to a local charity. Can't swing a pickup? We ship domestically for a flat rate of $12 for up to 4 candles.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: For organizations and institutions eligible for tax exempt transactions, the purchaser must complete and sign the TC-721 or TC-721-G form and email it to info@thewicklab.com at least 48hrs PRIOR to their visit. Tax will NOT be waived without this form completed and submitted to info@thewicklab.com.
