This up-close and personal meet and greet with one of our Atlantic bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) has guests join their trainer on a floating platform to experience behaviors like belly rubs, poses, and handshakes. Guests receive an introduction to dolphin anatomy and may even have the opportunity to learn some of the dolphins' hand signals before testing out their own training skills!
We let the dolphins guide the programs, therefore behaviors with them will vary. Everything we do is based on the dolphins overall welfare and success, giving our guests a unique and fun experience.
Participation Requirements
- Participants must understand English or be accompanied by a paid spectating translator.
- Minimum age for this program is 6 months.
- Participants ages 6 months to 5 years must be accompanied by a paid participating adult.
- Participants ages 6 to 17 years must be accompanied by a paid spectating adult.
- Pregnant women are allowed to participate
