The camel ride portion is typically short — around 20–30 minutes — designed for photos and a gentle desert experience rather than long treks.
Dune bashing is conducted by experienced drivers in modified 4x4s but involves rapid descents and lateral forces; it’s not recommended for pregnant people or those with spinal or serious heart conditions.
Swimming is possible in calm weather, but currents and tides near Khor Al Adaid can be unpredictable; follow your guide’s advice and avoid swimming if conditions are rough.
