The business operates an award-winning husky farm tour and hosts multiple husky safaris—short 2 km rides, 5 km and 6 km safaris, 12 km and 20 km safaris (including late season and “Magic of Winter” options), multi-day wilderness safaris, polar night safaris and themed tours that explore frozen rivers, marshes, forest glades and Lake Ounasjarvi.
Equipment rentals and services include cross‑country skis and boots, back‑country skis and poles, ski pulks with tow bars and optional insurance, snowshoe and sliding snowshoe hire, fatbike and e‑fatbike hire, kayaks, canoes, SUP boards and guided paddle trips on Lake Ounasjarvi and Suonttajoki River. Hetta Huskies also provides practical dog services: an Adoption Package with collar, harness, travel crate, vet check and passport services, and a Dog Hotel for boarding.
Short activities such as taster rides, puppy agility challenges, husky training sessions, forest and ridge walks with huskies, bikejoring, summer mushing with troll carts or quads, and behind‑the‑scenes farm tours expand visitor options. The operation lists specialist multi‑day tours including 2‑day and 5‑day wilderness husky safaris and a 3‑day Palojoki Taiga Tour.
Information above reflects the trips, services and equipment explicitly offered by Hetta Huskies. Prospective visitors should book or inquire for availability, seasonal schedules and exact meeting locations prior to arrival.
