The Atlantis Holiday Suites building consists of 12 three-bedroom apartments, accommodation mainly used by staff, and a large underground garage. The location is ideal, being situated just 30 metres from Atlantis Diving Centre and only a 5-minute walk from the seafront and centre of Marsalforn.

How many floors are there?

The Atlantis Holiday Suites building is over 8 floors, all serviced by a passenger lift. The ground floor is reserved for staff lodging. The accommodation apartments for our guests are located over the upper 6 floors.

What does a guest apartment at Atlantis Holiday Suites consist of?

Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies, living room, kitchen, dining room, and ample space. Other amenities and services include air-conditioning, a washing machine, a centralised vacuum system, and free WiFi throughout.

Is the kitchen well-equipped?

At Atlantis Holiday Suites, every kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, drinking glasses, mugs, saucers, etc…

Is there a TV in the living room?

Every living room at Atlantis Holiday Suites has a comfy sofa, air-conditioning, and a 43” android TV with a selection of multilingual channels.

What do I find in each bedroom?

Each one of the three bedrooms has two single beds, which can unite to form a ‘king-size’ double bed. A wardrobe, desk, chair, 32” android TV and an air-conditioning unit complete the furnishings. Two of the bedrooms also have an ensuite bathroom.

Are there any safety features at Atlantis Holiday Suites?

All the doors leading from each apartment to the common area are fire resistant, with a rating of 60 minutes. The door leading from the garage to the staircase is rated at 120 minutes fire resistant.

Atlantis Holiday Suites has a centralised fire alarm system. Every room, throughout the whole building, has got either a smoke detector or a heat detector.

Moreover, we have also installed a dry riser system. This system consists of a network of pipes that allow water to be delivered to the upper floors of a building in the event of fire. It comprises of an inlet at ground level that can be accessed by the fire brigade to pump water up into the building to outlets situated on the landings of each floor.

Besides this, there are fire extinguishers on every floor at Atlantis Holiday Suites. In every apartment there is also an ABC Dry Powder Fire Extinguisher.
