About This Adventure

Embark on an unforgettable journey into the world of scuba diving with Trident Adventures. From the foundational Open Water Course to advanced skills and rescue training, each program offers unique experiences, including luxury boat dives and specialized certifications. Dive into adventure and discover the magic beneath the waves!

Open Water Course

Welcome to the wonderful, and magical, world of Scuba Diving! We are so very excited to welcome you to the family.

The Open Water Course begins with an email code to PADI E-Learning, to be done at home. Once completed, the students will meet their Instructor at the Trident Dive Shop to prepare for their Confined Water Dives in either our partnered swimming pool or nearby lagoon. From there, the students will schedule 2 seperare days to board Trident's luxury dive boat, 'Trident 1', for the Open Water Check-Out dives portion of certification.

Advanced Open Water

Are you ready to take your Scuba Diving skills to the next level? Advanced Open Water will open the doors to new skills, environments, all while helping to refine yourself as a skilled Scuba Diver.

Students will schedule a total of 5 dives to complete the specialties portion of the PADI Advancex Open Water Course. These specialty dives include: Deep Dive, Underwater Navigation, Wreck Diving, and more.

Rescue Diver

Welcome to the noble and valuable PADI Rescue Scuba Diver Course. Here, you will learn not only how to be a safer diver, but how to keep other safe. A PADI Rescue Diver can be all the difference between a disaster and a magical diving experience.

PADI Rescue Diver students must meet the following qualifications:

  • 16 years of age or older,
  • Posess an Advanced Open Water Certification,
  • Complete the Emergency First Responder (EFR) Course,
  • Provide a valid medical clearance from a licensed physician.

Once enrolled, Students will begin with the PADI EFR Course material and class. Students will the be provided with a PADI Rescue Diver book. The class will meet at the Trident Adventures Shop, located at Aloha Tower in Honolulu. Students will learn, practice, and demonstrate the PADI Rescue Skills aboard Trident's luxury dive boat, 'Trident 1', to complete the certification.

Divemaster

Grow into leadership as a PADI Dive Professional. Learn to guide and coach divers around the world in this exciting enterprise!

The Divemaster course is the key stepping stone to creating your own career in the underwater world. From recreational scuba diving to scientific diving and beyond, the PADI Divemaster is a beacon into the world below.
