Embark on a unique 2 to 2.5-hour journey at Stillgarden Distillery, where history meets hands-on creativity. Enjoy a welcome drink, explore botanicals, and savor gin tastings, all culminating in crafting your own spirit. With a cocktail masterclass and charcuterie board, this experience promises unforgettable flavors and fun!

AN ALL-INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE INCLUDING A HISTORICAL ADVENTURE, BOTANICAL EXPLORATION, SPECIAL GIN TASTINGS, A CHARCUTERIE BOARD & DRINKS THROUGHOUT. ALL ENDING WITH YOUR OWN BOTTLE OF SPIRIT, CRAFTED AND DISTILLED BY YOU!
On arrival, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink then learn about Stillgarden, the local history, the botanicals and the distillation process, followed by a visit to our community garden. Along the way, you’ll get to sample a variety of our tasty spirits. Later on, make and name your own bottle of spirit (gin, vodka, even a sambuca style if that’s your tipple) using our wall of 120 botanicals. While it’s distilling, there’ll be a hands-on cocktail masterclass in our Speakeasy, Lab8.
You don’t have to make gin, you can make vodka or even a bottle of sambuca!

Get there at least 15 minutes before your start time to settle in and enjoy the welcome drink.
A valid ID is required for the alcohol tasting and spirit crafting. No exceptions.
Wear casual, comfortable clothing suitable for handling botanicals and possibly getting a bit messy.
