Participants leave with two bottles of their creation and a 2L oak barrel for aging at home, making this experience truly unforgettable.
Offered quarterly, this immersive, full-day course provides a comprehensive hands-on experience in whiskey-making. Participants will engage in both classroom learning and hands on production including milling grain, mashing, fermenting, and distilling whiskey. The course covers essential topics such as the chemistry and theory of distillation, equipment selection, process design, and TTB reporting requirements. This program is ideal for aspiring distillery owners, hobbyists, and spirit aficionados alike.
Each participant will receive two bottles of the whiskey they distill during the course, along with a 2L oak barrel for aging their whiskey at home.
The day begins with coffee and doughnuts, and lunch is also provided.
