The first and only Sugarcane Estate Distillery in Puerto Rico, established in 2011. Unique in its kind, we grow, harvest, ferment, and distill Sugarcane juice from Puerto Rican Heirloom varietals in our French Cognac Potstills. Award-winning rums, inspired by Puerto Rican tradition, a Ron Caña of exceptional quality infused with Locally Farmed Tropical Fruits.
Enjoy a tropical welcome drink prepared with our awarded TRESCLAVOS rum! While enjoying your cocktail, our guide will take you through a brief history of our Puerto Rican heritage in our Casa Pepón Visitors Center. Afterwards, visit our Aging Bodega, Sugarcane Estate and Sugarcane Mill. Then we journey into our distillery, production area and learn about our unique rum distillation in our French Cognac Pot Stills. Lastly, we head back to Casa Pepón for more fun with our artisanal Rum Tasting session!
