Hop On Transportation

We offer premium transportation services for any sized group for any occasion. Our well-maintained executive fleet of 18, 22, and 28 passenger buses offer a number of our signature Hop On amenities with a sleek and professional appeal. Our smaller 14 passenger buses are still available for custom private tours for smaller group bookings. Book in confidence and reserve your bus today.

• A $250 deposit per bus is required to reserve all buses. We do not offer split shift rentals for the same day. Email us at reservations@hoponcville for multi bus availability and pricing quote.

We also offer 30pax and 46pax refurbished school buses with AC/Heat (solid gray or black with black trim) to rent for wedding/event shuttles, company outings, conferences, large groups, etc. Upon request, we also have a 28pax ADA skoolie with wheelchair lift.

• ###22 Passenger Bus Minimum of 5 Consecutive Hours - $140/hr

• ###28 Passenger Bus Minimum of 5 Consecutive Hours - $150/hr

• ###30 Passenger Skoolie Shuttle Bus (28pax ADA) Minimum of 8 Consecutive Hours- $155 per hour

• ###46 Passenger Skoolie Shuttle Bus- Minimum of 8 Consecutive Hours- $160 per hour

Friday-Sunday Transportation Rates and Options

• ###18 Passenger Bus- Minimum of 5 Consecutive Hours - $150/hr

• ###22 Passenger Bus- Minimum of 5 Consecutive Hours - $160/hr

• ###28 Passenger Bus- Minimum of 5 Consecutive Hours - $170/hr

• ###30 Passenger Skoolie Shuttle Bus- Bus (28pax ADA)- Minimum of 8 Consecutive Hours - $155/hr

• ###46 Passenger Skoolie Shuttle Bus- Minimum of 8 Consecutive Hours- $160 per hour

Additional 20% driver gratuity added to all bus rentals

• Full balance due 30 days prior to date of service and will be processed on the original form of payment for deposit. Additional fees incurred for time overages, bodily fluids, etc. will be processed for payment upon completion of services.

• A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required per bus to secure bookings. All booking requests for skoolie shuttles must be emailed to reservations@hoponcville.com to secure a rental. All other bookings are completed online.

• Itinerary details are provided at the time of booking and changes to the itinerary may be made after the initial booking.

• Approval to visit individual destinations must be secured by guests for 18+ passenger buses to be booked for brewery/winery/cidery/distillery tours.

• Site approval may be required to ensure larger buses have adequate space for safe entry, turnaround, and exit. Booking our 'On-site Transportation Coordinator' services with bus bookings may be required for some venues (just ask and we'll let you know if required.)

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations prior to the date of service for scheduled reservations are as follows: -18, 22, 28 passenger buses-

• 30+ days prior to date of service will be eligible for a full refund of deposit, minus a $10 cancellation fee & online booking service fee (excluding skoolies).
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the date of service will only receive a refund of 50% of the final payment amount less the $250 deposit & online booking service fee
• Full deposit becomes non refundable for any rescheduled bookings.

· Skoolies-

• $250 deposit per bus is non-refundable.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the date of service will only receive a refund of 50% of the final payment amount less the $250 deposit and online booking service fee, if applicable.

Rescheduling prior to the date of service:

• One rebooking will be allowed if requested no less than 30 days prior to the date of service.
• Rescheduling date must be within one year of original booking date and subject to bus availability on new date requested.
