Fish Spa Session Information

What to expect:

  • When booking a Fish Spa Session, treatment commences by placing both feet into tanks filled with warm water and Barefoot Fish.
  • At our Special Events, we strictly run to 10 minute treatment times, during which small fish nibble the dead skin from your feet, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and like you’re walking on clouds

Your Fish Spa Session includes:

  • a health inspection of your feet and lower legs
  • washing of your feet and lower legs
  • sterilisation of your feet and lower legs
  • personal booties
  • your chosen amount of tank time with the fish
  • post session sterilisation
  • paper towel supplied to dry your feet after your experience
  • a personalised video and photos of your experience

Who should NOT have a Fish Spa?

  • Clients with open wounds, large cuts or abrasions may not be able to participate at the time of their booking. However, they are invited back when their conditions have healed.
  • Contagious skin conditions at the time of your booking will not be able to proceed until the condition has cleared.
  • Those undergoing current or recent chemotherapy or radiotherapy should be past their 'hot days' period.
  • If you have a spray tan, avoid booking your treatment until it is able to got wet.

As your legs up to your knees are submerged into water, you must wear suitable clothing i.e shorts or long pants that can be rolled up to the knee.

Please avoid using any types of lotions or creams on your legs and feet the day of your booking. Nail polish is allowed.


Duration:

  • Please allow approximately 15 minutes for a 10 Minute Fish Spa Session.

Please arrive 5 min before your booking time.

Late arrival will result in cancellation and given to standby clients. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.


Notes:

  • Sessions run three times per hour during special events
  • We have limited availabilities, so appointments are essential
  • We close for 1 hour during the day for fish resting, no appointments are available during this time
  • We are a medical clinic and personal information may be required to be asked at the time of your booking

Drink plenty of water before your session to keep your skin hydrated and receptive to the fish spa treatment.

Wear Comfortable Footwear

Slip-on shoes make it easy to remove your footwear quickly for the spa experience.

Avoid Lotions

Do not apply lotions or oils before your session as they can interfere with the fish's nibbling.

Sanitize Feet Beforehand

Ensure your feet are clean and free of cuts or infections to maintain a safe environment for both you and the fish.
