To ensure that all guests can fully enjoy their experience, we require that you adhere to the following guidelines:

• Dress with purpose. Infinity museum features many reflective floors. We recommend pants, shorts, or tights if possible.
• Wear comfortable, non-marking shoes. Stiletto heels, work boots, cleats and certain other footwear that can damage flooring are not permitted.
• To best appreciate Infinity Museum, guests will want to fully experience the mirrored floors, walls and ceilings. All Guests must adhere to Infinity museum dress code, including without limitation a shirt and footwear that will not damage mirrored floors (e.g., stiletto heels, steel-toed boots, etc.), and guests who are concerned about unwanted exposure as a result of the mirrored floors and ceilings are responsible for dressing in a manner to avoid such exposure.
• Climbing on any structure in the experience is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are expected to treat one another as well as our teams with respect and courtesy.
• Provoking or engaging in any disruptive, threatening, disorderly, inappropriate, or boisterous behavior will not be permitted.
• Offensive, threatening or inflammatory language and messaging on apparel or items carried by guests are not permitted.
• Food and beverage will not be permitted.
• Smoking, vaping, or the use of any other substance will not be permitted.
• Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.
• While we permit documented service animals and service animals in training, pets and “emotional support” animals are not permitted on the premises for the safety and well-being of all.
• Unauthorized performances, media events, leafletting, posting signs and/or the playing of music/videos or spoken word messages are prohibited.
• No protests or demonstrations of any kind are allowed anywhere in the interior public spaces of Infinity Museum
• Guests are welcome to take photos with a personal, hand-held device; however, please note the prohibited photographic items in our Prohibited Items Policy below as these may not be brought into the infinity Museum experience.
• Our teams take guest safety and security very seriously. Guests must follow team member instructions in the case of an emergency.
• For the safety and security of all, guests must comply with Infinity Museum’s Prohibited Items Policy (as set forth below).
• Finally, our teams are here to create a memorable experience for each guest. Please be sure to let us know if you observe any inappropriate conduct so that we may immediately address it.
