A whisky highball on arrival 4x Single malt whiskies
Our tours kick off with a Cape Byron Highball on the balcony where you will learn our distillery story, and all about how our whisky journey began. You’ll learn how we make our award-winning single malt whisky, from the mashing process, fermentation, distilling, to barrel maturation. Your guide will move you through the distillery and barrel room as you learn and sip. After that, we will run through an extended, guided tasting of our Cape Byron Single Malt whiskies. After the tour, groups are more than welcome to hang out on the balcony and enjoy a drink or a DIY grazing platter overlooking the rainforest.
To finish on a high note, all of our attendees will receive $10 OFF whisky bottle purchases in the cellar door following their tour!
