Stepping onto the Caribe Hilton's private beach, the water breathes and beckons in shallow, clear bays where reef fish dart like punctuation marks. Instructors gather the group on warm sand, run a concise safety briefing, then move you through gear checks and a controlled pool session before leading a guided shallow dive in the hotel cove.

Suitable for most people who are comfortable in waist- to chest-deep water and can float or swim short distances; not suitable for those with significant cardiovascular or respiratory issues.
No certification is required; this is a Discover Scuba program that includes a briefing, pool practice, and a shallow guided dive.
Dives are in a shallow hotel cove, typically within 10–20 feet (3–6 meters) for beginner comfort and safety.
The operator may cancel for rough conditions; the booking policy allows a full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours prior or for bad weather.
Children can participate but must be accompanied by an adult; age and health restrictions may apply, so check during booking.
